Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1.8 oz white chocolate
- 1.8 oz dark chocolate
- 2.1 oz milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup milk (or cream)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for milk chocolate)
Steps
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become fluffy and double in volume, then gradually add the flour with the cocoa and baking powder while continuing to beat with an electric mixer.
Pour the mixture into a 10 x 14-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper, smooth it out, bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 7 minutes.
Remove from oven and detach from the parchment, then place in a pan lined with parchment or plastic wrap.
Melt the white chocolate with half of the milk and the dark chocolate with the rest of the milk in separate pans, using a double boiler.
Whip the cream with the mascarpone and powdered sugar, then divide into two separate bowls. In 2/3 of it, add the white chocolate, and in the rest of the cream, add the dark chocolate and mix well.
Pour the layer of white chocolate cream, then add the layer of dark chocolate.
Melt the milk chocolate with the milk and cover the dessert. You can do this before putting it in the freezer or before serving.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours, then remove from the freezer and cut into pieces of about 2 inches.
