Stale bread is perfect for making many tasty dishes, also great for preparing a pan or oven pizza, it can be topped with anything you have in the fridge.
It’s delicious topped with ham, salami, olives, cheese like mozzarella, ricotta, cream cheese, robiola or stracchino, vegetables like zucchini, eggplant or with the now in-season pumpkin.
