Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp fresh yeast
- as needed Nutella®
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then pour it into a bowl, add the flour, mix, add the sugar, vanilla, egg, butter in pieces, and chocolate chips and knead well.
Make a rectangle and bring the short side towards the center, then cover with the other short side, form a ball and let it rest until it doubles in size, about 3-4 hours.
After the time has passed, roll out the dough and fill it with Nutella, then roll it up and close it into a ring.
Place the ring in a mold to rest for 30 minutes, then heat the oven to 350°F, bake and cook for about 20 minutes.
