Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 8 tbsps butter
  • 6 tbsps sugar
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps

  • Prepare the cream, work the yolk with sugar in a saucepan, add the flour and always mix with the hand whisk.

  • Also add the cocoa then the yogurt and milk, always mix at each addition.

  • Move to the stove and work well until it thickens and let it cool.

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, butter in pieces, and the egg, work well, add the chocolate chips and knead well.

  • Divide the dough into two and roll out one half in a baking pan lined with parchment paper, fill with the cream and close with the other sheet.

  • Bake at 356°F for about 25 minutes then cool well, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
