A simple and very quick dessert, the ecstasy cake is really delicious, a kind of nua cake, filled with spoonfuls of nutella, much lighter, soft, melts in your mouth, soft and creamy, kids love it too.
The recipe for the ecstasy cake is very easy, it is prepared in very little time, there is also the version with the thermomix, but even with the mixer it only takes a few minutes, just enough time to whip the eggs into a foam and then fill with spoonfuls of nutella, be generous!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 5.3 oz sugar
- 3.9 oz all-purpose flour
- 0.7 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
- Half a packet baking powder
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.8 oz ricotta cheese
- Nutella®
Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Once they become foamy, add the flour, cocoa, and 1/2 packet of sifted baking powder, alternately with 1/4 cup of your preferred yogurt and the oil.
Pour everything into a lined cake pan.
Mix the ricotta with the nutella and spoon it onto the cake as you would for a nua cake.
The nutella will tend to sink to the bottom because it’s heavier, spoon it in with a teaspoon.
Lower the oven temperature to 340°F. Bake for about 30 minutes, keep an eye on the oven.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
With the THERMOMIX: Insert all the ingredients in the bowl with the butterfly, except the baking powder, speed 5 for 2 minutes, bubbles should appear.
Add the baking powder, 20 sec speed 5 then Proceed as above.
