The recipe for eggs with ham and mozzarella is obviously quite simple and does not require much explanation. I cooked them for a few minutes because I wanted them soft, but if you prefer them more firm, just extend the cooking time.

- 1 slice cooked ham
- 1.75 oz mozzarella
Steps
Put a drizzle of oil in the pan, heat it up, and pour in the eggs.
Cook for 5 minutes, then add the sliced cooked ham, mozzarella, salt to taste, and a sprinkle of oregano.
Cover with the lid and turn off the heat, let it rest a few minutes, just enough time to melt the mozzarella.
