Ingredients
- 2 Fennel bulbs
- 10 Walnut halves
- 1 Apple
- as needed Arugula
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
- as needed Mixed seeds
- Half Lemon juice
Preparation
Wash the fennel thoroughly and cut them into pieces or strips, as preferred.
Place them in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.
Peel and cut the apples into chunks, you can also leave the peel if they are organic.
Add them to the fennel and sprinkle with lemon again.
Mix well and let rest for about ten minutes.
Chop the walnut halves into pieces, even with your hands, and wash the arugula.
Drain the lemon juice, add the walnuts, arugula, and seeds.
Dress with a drizzle of oil and salt if preferred, and mix everything.
