  • 7 oz provola
  • 7 oz bacon (slab)

Steps

  • Cut the fillo pastry in half lengthwise, then divide it into 6 rectangles.

  • This way you have obtained 6 rectangles; then divide each rectangle into 3 sheets each, typically there are 6-7 sheets per roll, now you have obtained 12 or 13 rectangles.

  • Moisten the sheets with water using a brush.

  • Fill with a slice of bacon and the provola, close by bringing the sides over the filling and then roll up.
