Bresaola is fresh and pleasant with flatbreads but is also quite light and is usually the deli for diets, but if you don’t like it, you can always replace it with something else, like speck, mortadella or ham.
It’s a truly tasty summer appetizer ready to take away, prepared in no time, they are light, fresh, and can be filled with whatever is available in the fridge, I’d say flatbreads are perfect.
