Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 16 slices zucchini
  • 3.2 oz fiordilatte
  • 2.1 oz mortadella with pistachios

Preparation

  • Slice a medium zucchini with a peeler and obtain 16 slices or more if you prefer.

  • Cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a very short time, if you prefer you can use them raw, they are excellent.

  • Absorb the oil on kitchen paper.

  • Stuff the flatbread with mortadella, zucchini slices, and fiordilatte cut into slices.
