Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups zucchini
- 3.5 oz mozzarella
- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 7 oz ricotta
Preparation
Pour the flour with yeast and salt, mix well and add the water with the oil, knead well and divide the dough into two parts.
Roll out one half in a greased pan.
Grate the zucchini with a large hole grater, fill the base with ricotta and zucchini.
Add the ham and mozzarella in pieces, then close with the other half of the dough and seal the edges.
Cook for about ten minutes, then flip it and cook on the other side for another 10 minutes.
