FAST AND EASY FLATBREAD WITHOUT LEAVENING, also known as crescia or ciaccia, perfect as bread to accompany cold cuts and cheeses, a typical Umbrian recipe that is prepared in a short time.
Easy to prepare, the flatbread is a sort of pizza or low focaccia used as a bread substitute, great to serve with appetizers, very simple and good and is prepared in a few minutes.
The flatbread recipe is perfect if you’ve run out of bread, in fact, it’s one of the recipes I often make on Saturday or Sunday night for dinner, with some cheese it’s really good.
Simple and very good, you can cut and fill it like a wrap, loved by adults and children, soft, ideal to serve for a quick dinner or as an appetizer or main dish.
