Ingredients
- 1.6 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 oz potatoes
- 1 egg
- 0.35 oz dry yeast
- 2 tbsps sugar
Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces and boil them.
Drain well and put them in a mixer, add the flour, a pinch of salt, sugar, and the egg.
Mix everything, adding more flour if needed, the dough should be firm or at least not sticky.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, divide it into 7-8 pieces or 10, as you prefer.
Form rolls and twist them on themselves and heat the oil.
Immerse and fry them, turning them around, drain them on kitchen paper and cover with granulated sugar.
