- 3.5 oz re-milled durum wheat semolina flour

You can use ready-made gnocchi for the recipe.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and boil them.
When they are soft, drain them and place them in a bowl with the flour.
Mash them with a potato masher, a fork, as you prefer, and knead well.
Dust the work surface, break the dough into pieces and make logs, cut into pieces about 2 or 3 cm (0.8 or 1.2 inches).
Pour the paprika into a bowl, add oil, salt, and mix.
Add the gnocchi a little at a time and mix gently.
Place the gnocchi in the basket of the preheated air fryer at 392°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Cook at 392°F (200°C) for 4 minutes, then shake the basket and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
Of course, the cooking times depend on the size of the gnocchi.
Place them in small bowls garnished with salad leaves and serve.
