It’s not a spreadable cream for everyone; gorgonzola is a very strong-tasting and smelling spreadable cheese. I made the gorgonzola cream with walnuts and olives to stuff Christmas canapés.
My mother and son love it, and I know they will feast on it.
Great for canapés or crostini, ideal for dressing pasta. Walnuts and olives are perfect with this cheese, but if you don’t like either, you can omit them.
