Ingredients

  • 2 Scallops (shells)
  • 2 slices Smoked Salmon
  • 1 slice White Bread
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Butter (a knob)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • to taste Parsley
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour

Preparation

  • Prepare the béchamel sauce, put the milk with the butter in a small pan and let it melt.

  • Add a pinch of nutmeg, pepper, salt, and flour.

  • Stir with a whisk until it thickens.

  • Remove the crust from the white bread and crumble it with your fingers into a bowl.

  • Add salt to taste, the salmon, and blend everything with an immersion blender or put it in a mixer.

  • Add the béchamel sauce and chopped parsley, then stuff the scallops.

  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and oil, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F and cook for about 15 minutes.
