Ingredients
- 2 Scallops (shells)
- 2 slices Smoked Salmon
- 1 slice White Bread
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Butter (a knob)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- to taste Parsley
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
Preparation
Prepare the béchamel sauce, put the milk with the butter in a small pan and let it melt.
Add a pinch of nutmeg, pepper, salt, and flour.
Stir with a whisk until it thickens.
Remove the crust from the white bread and crumble it with your fingers into a bowl.
Add salt to taste, the salmon, and blend everything with an immersion blender or put it in a mixer.
Add the béchamel sauce and chopped parsley, then stuff the scallops.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and oil, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F and cook for about 15 minutes.
