A simple idea with puff pastry that is quick to prepare, the cups can be filled with speck, salami, bacon, ricotta, Philadelphia, mozzarella, olives, tomatoes, salmon, or tuna and mayonnaise, whatever you have in the fridge or like.
The shells can be prepared in advance and frozen, then filled at the last minute or whenever needed. For kids, I recommend cooked ham or canned tuna or fresh tuna diced and cooked.
