Ingredients

- 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations

- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 9 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz ricotta cheese
- 2.8 oz smoked provola cheese
Steps
Pour the flour into the mixer or a bowl, add the yeast, egg, salt, water, and oil, knead well, then divide the dough into two parts.
Roll them out and place one sheet in an oiled skillet, fill with half of the ham, add the ricotta, and repeat with another layer of ham.
Cover with the other sheet and cook for about 5 minutes, then flip to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes.
