Ham Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups semolina flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 7 oz cooked ham
  • 5 oz provola
  • 2 cups béchamel sauce

Steps

  • Prepare the béchamel sauce following THIS RECIPE and set aside.

  • Pour the flour onto the board, make a well in the center, and add some water; start mixing, then gradually add the rest of the water while continuing to knead.

  • Work the dough well until it is smooth and soft.

  • Roll it out on a floured surface, for convenience, you can divide it in half or into 4 parts.

  • Roll it out into a very thin sheet about 24 inches long.

  • Fill with slices of ham and provola, then roll and cut into pieces about 2 inches long.

  • Oil a baking dish and arrange the rolls with béchamel, oil the surface, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F

  • Bake for about 20 minutes.
