Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 oz cooked ham
- 0.7 oz salami
- 0.7 oz prosciutto
- 2.8 oz provolone
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the water and oil, and knead well until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough, you can always use a food processor.
Roll it out on a floured surface and cut the dough with a 2.75-inch star mold.
For the recipe, I used a mix of cold cuts and diced cheese.
Fill half of the stars with the cold cuts and cheese, pair the stars and close them by pressing the edge, then place them on the baking sheet covered with paper.
Brush with oil then bake in the preheated oven at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or with the air fryer for about 8 minutes.
