Ingredients
- 3 Pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Barbecue sauce
- 1 head Romanesco broccoli
Preparation
Brush the ribs with honey and place them in a pan.
Let both sides brown, then brush with the barbecue sauce, either store-bought or you can prepare it HERE.
Cook each side for 10-15 minutes until a nice golden crust forms.
Wash a head of broccoli and boil it in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes.
When ready, serve them together with the meat.
