The HARD-BOILED EGGS are one of the most versatile and used ingredients in the kitchen. They are perfect for creating delicious appetizers, especially for Easter, when you want to prepare light but tasty dishes. If you’re looking for a simple yet impressive appetizer, hard-boiled eggs are the perfect ingredient for you!
With hard-boiled eggs you can create an Easter appetizer that will surprise all your guests. Just peel the eggs, cut them in half and fill them with a light and flavorful cream. You can choose from a wide range of fillings, depending on your tastes and your guests’ preferences.
A different but very simple way to serve the eggs: they are prepared in 5 minutes, stuffed with a sort of brine of oil and lemon juice, enriched with mayonnaise and a sprinkle of breadcrumbs.
A real delight, very light and tasty: the lemon eggs are appetizing and don’t need to be filled, they are sliced and seasoned in 2 minutes — the perfect idea that you can also prepare in advance, very good both cold and warm.
