Ingredients
- 7 oz spaghetti
- 3 tbsp pine nuts (or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 lemons
- 1 clove garlic

Preparation
Wash the basil and parsley well and place them in a tall container or mixer, add the garlic.
Pour in the oil and cheese, start blending, I used a hand blender.
Add the pine nuts or walnuts and lemon juice, if you prefer you can add a grating of lemon zest.
The pesto should not be too thick, so just add a little lemon juice if it is to make it creamier.
Boil water for the pasta, cook it until al dente, and save some cooking water.
Pour the spaghetti into the pot where you cooked them, add the water and pesto, mix carefully and plate.
