Ingredients
- 12 ladyfingers
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 3/4 cup whipping cream, 35% fat
- 1 lemon
- 1/5 cup sugar
Preparation
Place the lemon peel without the white part in a blender, add the sugar and blend, set aside a little for decoration, add the juice and mix well.
Whip the cream with the mascarpone using electric beaters, add the lemon juice and mix well with a spatula.
Soak 4 cookies with milk and place them in a baking dish and make a layer of cream and lemon peel, alternate the cookies with the cream.
Decorate the dessert using a pastry bag, refrigerate for about half an hour before serving.
