Ingredients
- 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- tomato sauce
- 5 oz provolone
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, and oil, then mix and add the water. Mix well until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pan lined with parchment paper and oiled, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F.
Bake for 15 minutes, it should turn golden.
Remove from the oven, top with tomato sauce and provolone slices, add oregano, and bake again for 5 minutes.
