- Cooking time: 30 Minutes
- Portions: 4-5 people
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1 lb lbs Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/4 cups cups All-purpose flour
- 5 oz oz Cooked ham
Preparation
Wash and boil the potatoes, then cool them and mash them with a potato masher into a bowl.
Add the eggs and flour, salt to taste, and mix well. I had to add the flour because the potatoes were very soft.
Grease a baking dish and pour in half of the mixture, level it well with a spoon, add slices of cooked ham and pieces of mozzarella fiordilatte.
Cover with the remaining potatoes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, oil, and bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes maximum, alternatively, you can cook it in a pan.
Bon appétit
