MEDITERRANEAN Sandwich Roll-Ups with Bread Rolls, delicious cold wraps without cooking, soft and creamy with cheese spread, tomatoes, and olives.

I had guests for lunch and no desire to go crazy in the kitchen 😅. So, I created these Mediterranean sandwich roll-ups, super easy cold wraps: just spread with soft cheese like stracchino, add juicy cherry tomatoes and Taggiasca olives, and here’s a fresh appetizer ready in two minutes.

I served them with a mini salad on the side and they disappeared in a flash! This no-cook version is perfect when you want to impress without effort. Also ideal for summer buffets, appetizers, or an impromptu picnic.

BREAD CANNOLI MEDITERRANEAN cold rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bread rolls
  • 1.8 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons black olives
  • 80 spreadable cheese
  • 1 oz mixed greens salad

Steps

  • Flatten the bread with a rolling pin, then spread it with the creamy cheese.

  • Add the mixed greens or arugula, chopped cherry tomatoes, and pitted olives.

  • Roll up and refrigerate for about half an hour before serving.
