Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch vanillin
- 9 oz mascarpone
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 10.5 oz cocoa cookies (Pan di Stelle)
- 2 oz chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for mascarpone)
Steps
Prepare the cream, mix the flour with the sugar and vanillin in a small saucepan, add a little milk and mix with a hand whisk, keep working by gradually adding all the milk.
Move to the stove and continue working with the whisk until it thickens, then place it in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate to cool.
Work the mascarpone with the sugar, add the cream and work with the electric whisk then add the cold milk cream, add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Soak the cookies in milk or coffee, as you prefer, and make a layer on the bottom of a baking dish, fill with a layer of cream then continue alternating with cookies and cream.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and in any case until ready to serve.
