Ingredients

  • Whisk the egg white and set aside, whip the cream with the mascarpone, then add the egg white, mix gently, add the yolk, and mix again.

  • Divide the mixture into two bowls, add the chocolate to one and mix well.

  • Fill one pastry with the plain mascarpone cream and a layer of chocolate cream, close with the other pastry and dust with powdered sugar.

  • Refrigerate for an hour or freeze for 30 minutes.
