MINI PANDORO LOGS with Nutella, perfect single-serving treats for the holiday season, ideal for using up leftover pandoro or panettone with just 3 delicious ingredients.
The MINI PANDORO LOGS with Nutella are those clever treats you make in five minutes, and they look like they came from a pastry shop. Small, delicious, single-serving, perfect for the holiday season and ideal for using up leftover pandoro or panettone with minimal fuss. Three ingredients: pandoro, Nutella, and a bit of creativity. That’s it. No oven, no waiting, just a craving for a super soft and super chocolaty roll.
I always make them when I have guests and want a show-stopping dessert that is economical, quick, and irresistible. The great thing about mini logs is that they look impressive on a platter, are perfect for buffets and Christmas dinners, and disappear in seconds (trust me, set some aside before it’s too late).
Nutella pairs perfectly with pandoro: wrap, cut, cover, and you immediately have a dessert that smells like a celebration. And you can obviously personalize them as you wish: coconut, hazelnut crumbs, white chocolate, Christmas sprinkles… anything goes, as long as it’s delicious.

MINI PANDORO LOGS with Nutella
Tips for a perfect result
Slightly flatten the pandoro slices for a more compact roll.
If the Nutella is too dense, heat it for 10 seconds (it becomes more spreadable).
Let the logs rest in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.
For an even more festive version, coat them with melted chocolate and coconut.
Use a serrated knife for a precise cut without crushing the pandoro.
