Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 slices Speck
- 2 oz Mozzarella
- 1 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 355°F
Cut the speck into pieces and set aside, cut the mozzarella into 4 pieces and chop some chives.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a hand whisk, add the oil and water, and mix well.
Add the speck, mix, add the sifted flour with the yeast, and mix well again.
Pour the mixture into a mini pandoro mold, if you make 4, and insert a piece of cheese in each one.
Bake and cook for about 15-20 minutes, do a toothpick test.
Remove from the oven and serve, or set aside and reheat when serving.
