Ingredients
- 10.6 oz mascarpone
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 lime
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup mint
- 1.4 oz white rum
Steps
Prepare the alcoholic soak, place 2 mint sprigs in a tall container and add the sugar.
Rub the lime with your hands then remove the peel and put it in a mixer and chop it.
Place the lime juice in the container, add the rum, and mix well.
Whip the cream with the mascarpone and part of the alcoholic soak, add the lime zest, and continue whipping with electric beaters.
