Ingredients
- 6 slices Mortadella with pistachios
- 3 oz Ricotta
- 1 pinch Pepper
Preparation
Place the mortadella in a food processor and chop it very finely, adding a little mayonnaise if needed.
Add the ricotta, a handful of chopped pistachios, pepper, and salt to taste.
Blend everything, if you want a softer consistency just add a little more ricotta.
