Sandwich bread is great for creating many tasty ideas and filling with whatever you have in the fridge, ham, speck, bacon, zucchini, peppers, eggplant or pumpkin, tuna, and tomatoes, Philadelphia, robiola, or stracchino cheese.
They are great for both adults and children, can be frozen cooked or uncooked, and are good in every way.
For the recipe, sandwich bread is ideal; white bread would be too small to roll but it depends on how big you want the roll-ups.
