Ingredients

  • 7 oz Champignon mushrooms
  • 10 oz Beef (ground)
  • as needed Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • as needed Breadcrumbs
  • 2 slices Cooked ham
  • 2.1 oz Smoked scamorza cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic

Preparation

  • Clean the mushrooms by removing the stem with soil, quickly pass them under running water, pat them dry, and slice them.

  • Oil a pan, add the garlic and mushrooms, cook over medium heat for about ten minutes.

  • In a bowl, mix the meat with the egg, salt, and a bit of breadcrumbs, using a fork, then sprinkle breadcrumbs over a sheet of parchment paper and pour the mixture.

  • Form a rectangle about half an inch thick, fill it with slices of ham, mushrooms, and pieces of cheese, you can add more if you prefer.

  • Roll it up with the help of the paper, sprinkling with breadcrumbs as you go, seal it in the paper.

  • Place it in a loaf pan, preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 30-40 minutes.
