Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Half packet instant yeast for savory dishes
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 sausages (pork or chicken, turkey)
- 0.85 cup milk
- 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1.75 oz fiordilatte cheese
- 7 oz broccoli rabe (weight when cooked)
Steps
Wash the broccoli rabe thoroughly, then remove the woody stems and cook them in a pan with a little olive oil and the lid on.
Then cut the sausages into pieces and cook them in a pan with the lid on.
When everything is ready, preheat the oven to 350°F.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the oil and water, and mix with the beaters.
Then add the flour with the yeast and then the salt.
Grease and flour a 8-inch bundt pan and then pour part of the batter, then some of the broccoli rabe and sausages.
Then pour another part of the mixture and again the remaining broccoli rabe and sausages.
Then cover with the remaining batter and bake.
Bake for about 25 minutes at 350°F, do the toothpick test.
