Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Half teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 cup ricotta

- 3 1/2 oz provola cheese
Steps
