Ingredients
- 4.25 oz cookies
- 4 tbsp butter
- 12.3 oz mascarpone
- 2 oz sugar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
Steps
Chop the cookies with the butter in a mixer with a tablespoon of milk then place them in a 8-inch springform pan lined with cling film, creating an edge of about an inch.
Work the mascarpone with the sugar and the instant coffee or cold moka pot coffee.
Fill the cookie base with the cream, decorate with Nutella or chocolate or sprinkle with cocoa and put in the freezer for 30 minutes then keep in the fridge until serving.
