Ingredients
- 5.3 oz cocoa cookies
- 2.1 oz butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 12 cookies (nutella biscuits)
- 3.5 oz Nutella®
Steps
Crush the cocoa cookies with a mixer, add the butter and crush again.
Whip the cream, preferably already sweetened, cut the cookies into pieces and add them to the cream, keeping some for decoration.
Add the Nutella without stirring too much.
Arrange the cookies for the base in a mold or use a cake ring and make a layer, compact and pour the cream.
Add a bit of Nutella on top, cut some biscuits in half and decorate the cake.
Store in the freezer for a couple of hours.
