I love no-bake desserts with pistachio, they are quick to prepare and very simple, this time I decided to create tasty spoon desserts with pistachio paste, and they turned out perfect.
A very simple recipe that you can vary in many ways, for these no-bake desserts I used mascarpone and ricotta so they are without cream, but you can use it if you prefer.
Ideal after lunch or dinner or if you have unexpected guests, they are prepared quickly and without a food processor, the perfect single-serving spoon dessert.

Ingredients
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 1.76 oz ricotta
- 4 tbsp sugar
- pistachio paste (spreadable)
Preparation
Pour the mascarpone with the ricotta and sugar into a bowl.
Mix well with a fork to combine the ingredients.
Take the spreadable pistachio paste with a fork and add it to the cream, mixing.
This way you will have streaks without completely changing the color of the dessert.
Coat the molds with pistachio paste and pour in the filling.
Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour, before serving decorate with some pistachio paste and crumbles.
