Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 tbsps Potato starch
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsps Nutella

Preparation

  • Place the egg yolk in a small pot with the sugar, and mix using a hand whisk.

  • Heat the milk without bringing it to a boil and pour it over the yolk, whisk, then move to the stove and continue stirring to fully dissolve the sugar.

  • Add the starch or flour, mix well, then add the cocoa, chocolate, and spread.

  • With each added ingredient, give it a stir to blend it well.

  • Transfer everything to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
