Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 7 oz chocolate
- 1/3 cup milk
- 5 oz ricotta
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 jar Nutella®
Steps
Cut the puff pastry into 4 pieces and use 3.
Thoroughly pierce the sheets with a fork, sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes, be careful not to burn it, it should just be golden.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the milk and let it cool.
