Ingredients
- 1 cup cup milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Nutella®
- 1 cup cup whipping cream
- to taste amaretti cookies
Steps
Mix the yolks with the sugar using a hand whisk, then add the flour and continue mixing.
Heat the milk and pour it slowly over the yolks, continue mixing with the whisk until it thickens, then let it rest a bit and add the Nutella, mix well.
Pour the cream into a shallow and wide container and cover with cling film in contact, then let it cool.
Whip the cream with an electric whisk and add the cream, mix well.
Crush some amaretti cookies and place them at the bottom of the cups, make a layer of cream, then cookies and more cream until you finish the ingredients.
Refrigerate until ready to serve or use.
