Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- to taste Nutella®
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl or mixer, add the baking powder and sugar, then mix.
Add the egg, butter, and oil, mix well then roll out the dough on a floured surface, create a rectangle 6 inches wide for the entire length of the pastry.
Cut out rectangles about 2 inches high, fill with Nutella, then roll and press slightly with your hand.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes at 356°F
