Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- as needed Nutella®
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the water, put the flour in a bowl and add the water, mix gradually, then add the honey and salt.
Knead the dough by hand making a few folds, it will be sticky, and let it rest covered for a couple of hours.
Once risen, take the dough and divide it into 5-6 pieces, roll them out with a rolling pin, place the mini pizzas on the oven tray, oil them, and bake in the preheated oven at 430°F for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately fill with Nutella and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting.
