Olive Mousse for Quick Appetizer Canapés

OLIVE MOUSSE FOR CANAPÉS, a quick and easy appetizer, perfect recipe for appetizers, to fill puff pastry shells, sandwich bread, puff pastry for aperitifs.

Simple and quick to prepare the green olive mousse, creamy and delicious with soft cream cheese and mayonnaise, ready in 10 minutes, ideal for filling vol-au-vent and various snacks.

The olive mousse recipe is perfect if you’re looking for a creamy alternative to spread on your canapés for holiday appetizers or simply for an aperitif with a nice glass of prosecco.

I avoided blending the olives with the cream as I didn’t want the Hulk effect but liked the idea of crunchy pieces to find in your mouth while enjoying the canapés, of course, you can always blend it if you prefer.

If you don’t like green olives, you can always use black ones.
