Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 3/4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add rosemary if you like, the salt, mix, then the oil, and finally the water.

  • Knead the ingredients well to obtain a smooth mixture, then divide it into 5 pieces or fewer.

  • Roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1/8 inch and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake in the preheated oven at 356°F for 10-12 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and cut in half to fill.
