The recipe for oven-baked cabbage meatballs is very simple, just mix all ingredients in a bowl like traditional meatballs, I added soaked bread, and they were excellent, super soft, everyone liked them.

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz cabbage
- 1 egg
- 1.75 oz bread
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- breadcrumbs
- salt
Steps
Cut the cabbage into thin strips, then wash it well and cook in a small pan for 5-7 minutes.
Drain and let it cool, then squeeze it well to remove excess water.
In a bowl, combine the cooled and squeezed cabbage with the egg, grated cheese, soaked bread, salt, pepper, and spices of your choice, and mix well.
If the mixture is wet, add breadcrumbs or more Parmesan.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, coat them with breadcrumbs, and place them in the air fryer basket or oven, and oil them.
Cook at 356°F for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden; with the air fryer, cook for 10-12 minutes, turning them, or you can fry them in a pan.
