Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz paccheri
  • 0.7 oz porcini mushrooms
  • 1.75 oz speck
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.42 cup fresh cream

Preparation

  • I used dried mushrooms, so I soaked them for a while until they softened.

  • Rinse them well to remove any soil residues.

  • Brown the garlic, then remove it and add the mushrooms, cook for a bit and add the speck cut into pieces.

  • Add a little cream and mix well for a few minutes.

  • Boil water for the pasta, add the pasta, and cook it, then drain it al dente.

  • Mix it with the sauce, add a sprinkle of parsley and more cream, mix well and serve.
