- 1.1 lbs Red mullets
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove Garlic
- to taste Parsley
- to taste Oil
Preparation
Clean the red mullets, remove the scales, cut them under the belly, and pull out the guts, wash them well and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
In a large pan or saucepan, put oil and the garlic clove in pieces or whole, as you prefer, add the fish and lemon juice.
Let cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat, check that the sauce does not dry too much, if necessary, add a bit of water.
